Content ImagePohlmanUSA employs a full-service video studio from which our clients can benefit from a variety of deposition and litigation support. Pohlman's professional studio and staff offer custom editing of audio and video clips in preparation for trial, and we can produce any requested materials in a variety of video formats to include:


MPEG-1 CD

This can be viewed by a computer equipped with a CD drive and Windows Media Player software or software of that type.  One CD can hold up to 1 hour of video.  MPEG1 is used with most trial presentation softwares.

MPEG-1 DVD

This can be viewed on a computer equipped with a DVD drive and Windows Media Player software or software of that type.  One DVD can hold up to 5 hours of video.   MPEG1 is used with most trial presentation softwares.

MPEG-2 DVD

This can be viewed on a computer equipped with a DVD drive and Windows Media Player software or software of that type.  It is also compatible with most DVD players.

Standard VHS Format

This can be viewed on a VCR.

Video Synchronization

Content ImageThis video format uses DepoView software, which allows the client to simultaneously view both the video deposition and the written transcript for greater effect during trial. This also provides the ability to edit and present clips with convenience and ease. By utilizing a search of key words or page and line numbers, a client may also quickly access needed information from the video. Any necessary exhibits can be embedded into the synchronized file for speedy retrieval when the exhibits are discussed during testimony.
